I believe that there is discrimination againest women in the workplace.What are some arguments againest it?

1I agree with you that it does occur, though I feel people too often cry discrimination just so they can get something out of it, not necessarily because it truly occurred. Sorry if that's not really an opposing argument, but perhaps it will add another angle to your paper?
