Discrimination at the workplace?

Do any of you experienced discrimination at the workplace in regards of disability as a deaf employee?

Answers:

1Oh yes, it's very common. I've experienced in many different ways, such as that other employees making you do the lowest level tasks, the manager refusing to acommodate when I asked for TTY set up or stripping you of some tasks they believe that you can't do, they don't bother to tell u about meetings because they don't hire interpreters, and many other things. What's worse is that most of deaf people also experience discrimination in job search when they are very capable of doing anything except hear.
