i been workin for a commercial moving co. for the last 3 years i sing a contract to perform mainly commercial movin work is been slow all the hispanics are bearly makin 20 hrs even 7 hrs a week including myseft but non hispanics be making up tp 55 hr

i know that if a investigation were to happen is very crear who is making the most hrs. how could i go about this matter
